Keystone Townhomes in Mary Esther, Florida have a nice view of Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Keystone Townhomes are located VERY convenient to two military bases, the Gulf of Mexico, shopping and entertainment!!

Keystone Townhomes Owners Association has a contract with Bryan Pest Control for quarterly pest control and for annual Termite inspection, owner's dues pay for this service.
Bryan treats units that are accessible (owners and tenants are responsible for making their unit accessible to Bryan). Units not accessible get sprayed outside only. If you want your unit treated even when you are not home, you may contact Bryan Pest Constrol and enroll in their key access program.
The quarterly treatment is always the 4th thursday of the month January, April, July, October. Never put your key in the outgoing USPS mail box. We don't have access to it and you may never get your key back.
Hint: if you don't arrange for the quarterly treatment, and both of your neighbors do, where do you think the bugs are going?.

All waste is handled with the dumpster.
There is no other waste pick up.
Dumpster service is provided by Waste Management, paid in your water bill.
The dumpster is serviced several times each week (yard waste must be bundled and placed INSIDE the dumpster).
Bulk items MUST be placed in the designated location beside the dumpster and NOT leaning against it, and NOT infront of it. You MUST NOT BLOCK DUMPSTER TRUCK access.
You MUST contact Waste Management to arrange for bulk item collection, email Waste Management, or call them at 862-7141, to schedule a pick up. Tell them it's Keystone Road.
Mattresses must be treated by Bryan Pest Control before WM will collect it
If the dumpster is blocked, the dumpster won't get emptied, and you may be fined. This is a community, if you see something wrong at the dumpster, fix it! Help us keep it clean.
A designated Pet Run Area is located north of the north fence thru the open gate. This area IS Keystone property!
PETS are NOT allowed in the playgrounds or other common areas including between the buildings!
Our grounds keeper must work in those areas and kids play there!
The common areas at each corner of the property and between the buildings are common property and designated playground areas, pets not allowed!
This is a legal issue document. PICK IT UP!
